Cancellation of Services / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Services Policy:

No refunds for any purchased services (reading/healing sessions or classes) will be issued if an appointment/class is cancelled 24 hours or less before a scheduled service. For any services eligible for cancellation, the purchase cost will be refunded minus services fees that apply for cancellation.

Rescheduling of Services Policy:

The rescheduling of any purchased services (reading/healing sessions or classes) can be requested up to two occurrences. After two occurrences of rescheduling, if the client is still unable to attend the rescheduled service appointment no additional opportunities to reschedule services will be provided and no refunds will be given.

Refund Policy for Digital Content:

No refunds for any purchased Digital Content, such as digital downloads of guided meditations or mediative journeys will be given. Once purchased it is yours to enjoy; no refunds for any reason.

Refund Policy for Goods (non-digital content):

At this time, the Heart of the Rising Phoenix does not offer the purchase of product goods (non-digital content) so no policy for the refund of product goods is applicable.
